Referral Bonus Policy for Families

2010-2011 School Year

POLICY:

Any family enrolled during the 2009-2010 school year who refers a new family to the school for the 2010-2011 school year will receive a $400 credit toward their tuition. The new family that is enrolled must remain at the school with tuition payments current through December 16, 2010. Current families may refer more than one new family and receive multiple bonuses. PROCEDURE:

1.    The referring family should let the office know the name of the family that they are referring. They should also let the new family know to provide their name as a reference when registering.

2.    The new family must let the office know the name of the family that referred them upon registration.

3.    These will be logged onto a referral sheet kept in the office.

4.    During the week before the Christmas brea, the log will be checked to see if the new families referred have met the criteria.

5.    If the new family meets the criteria, a $400 credit will be posted by the principal onto the referring family's tuition account.

ADMINISTRATION:

The principal will keep the log regarding the referral bonuses. If the office staff registers a new student who provides the name of the famimly who referred them, the office staff will notify the principal.
