EXTENDED DAY 2011-2012
The after school Extended Day Program is designed for students in grades PreK3 – 6th. Students will be
supervised from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. When school is dismissed at noon, there will be no Extended Day. This time
will include study period and educational/cultural activities. See below for rates.
Any student not picked up by 3:30 will be placed with the Extended Day supervisor. For your child’s safety,
anyone participating in extra-curricular activities will be sent to Extended Day until their coach/sponsor arrives. In
addition, students will be sent to Extended Day at the end of an extra-curricular activity, practice, meeting,
detention hall, etc., if you are not here to pick them up. In both instances, parents will be billed accordingly.
Extended Day fees must be paid weekly on Fridays. If fees are not paid by Friday of the following week, the
child will not be allowed to return to Extended Day until fees are paid.
Parents of students not picked up by 6:00 will be billed $1.00 per child per minute.
