| NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (NSECD) FOR PRE-K FOUR YEAR OLDS Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School offers a free Pre-K 4 year old program through the Governor’s Office of Community Programs for qualifying children. NSECD is a state funded program which provides the tuition for children who are eligible for Pre-K 4 and who qualify based on income. All students and parents accepted into the program are expected to demonstrate a commitment to the values and philosophy as it applies to a Catholic education. Admission to the NSECD Pre-K4 Program requires a separate application process in addition to registration through Our Lady of Fatima School.
